"One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!"

"I stayed a night here but had a late check out, so let's start with the positives 1) the hotel staff - very friendly and co - operative 2) the breakfast -- not a big spread but decent number of items , the tea is amazing, the best I had in 10 years 3) even though the room is small they made up for it with the washroom, I was surprised to get strong running warm water, they paid attention to small details like leaving a toothbrush and toothpaste for guests plus bottles of drinking water. "The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mumbai. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, and especially the staff. They made my time so special."

"Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport."
