"The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The square footage listing for the executive rooms is wrong on the website. I estimate the rooms are in the 220-300 sq ft range. The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. "The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. "Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport."
