"Great place to stay incredible quality and staff. Location is great about 4 minute walk from Yokohama station. Only downside is a bit confusing getting to. It is inside a shopping mall and you have to go to 4th floor. This also becomes annoying when coming to and from hotel as you need to navigate back to 4th floor then use the hotel elevators to your room. If they could add more direct access would benefit them"

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out. "Great hotel and location - The hotel is close to the train station, and is on a busy street in downtown Yokohama filled with many dining options and nightlife. However, it was a little hard to find and our room was very small. "
