"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"Good location, lots of dining options and coffee close by. The room itself was dated and had that dated room smell. Kitchen was okay but lacking some essentials for cooking. There is a dollar store close by to buy what is missing. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and there are pipes popping/snapping throughout the night. Didn’t make for a great night’s sleep. "OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold...

"The motel was in a good location so I had an easy time getting to where I wanted to go. The light in the ceiling was pretty dim. It was hard to see anything with the blinds shut."

"My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great."

"Very nice staff but bed was terrible and room had weirdly low counters and handles in shower asked if it was normal and was assured it was also asked for early check in and was assured would be called when ready was never called then asked just 15 mins before check in time and said they forgot to call is nice location but for the money poor value will not be returning"

"The room was clean but everything other than the bedding was very old. The curtains don't even meet in the middle so there was light from outside and outside could see in...the hot tub was very dirty the water was opaque...the shampoo, conditioner and body soap and lotion came in sample bottles not little bottles, sample bottles not enough for one person to take a shower...also the tub was so old and dirty looking, I would not stay at that hotel again and certainly does not recommend it."
