The front desk staff upgraded my reservation to an ocean view as this was available when we asked. I wish to commend the customer service provided by Mr. Yong Hoon Kim… when we went to dinner he contacted the restaurant we’d gone to for dinner and arranged for us to be driven back to the hotel. Exceptional customer oriented service!! The view was Great… We had a Wonderful Sunrise!!!!! The staff was decorating the property with Christmas ornaments and lighting ~ very nice! The room was nice and comfortable but the balcony area is in need of some painting as was the hallway that showed very dark wall stains from what I assume are from Housekeeping carts.

깔끔했으나 바람 소음이 심함
방이 굉장이 차분하고 청결했으나 애견동반도 받는 곳인지 바닥에 긁은 자국이 있었음. 그리고 C 동 숙박이었는데 복도에 바람소리가 너무 심하게 들리고 문 아래로 바람이 들어옴.
