좋은 시설과 대비되는 최악의 손님 응대

야외수영장, 숙소도 널찍하고 분리된 바베큐장도 좋습니다만 손님을 응대하는 자세가 엉망이네요 노모를 모시고 간 여행이라 2층 침대방 사용이 위험해 보여 추가비용을 지불하고 침구류세트를 준비해달라고 사전에 요청해 예약업체로부터 문제없이 준비해주겠다는 답장을 듣고 당연히 준비가 되는 것으로 알고 갔습니다만 숙소 주인은 이불도 없이 요 하나만 달랑 주네요. 이불 달라고 했다가 주인장이랑 말싸움까지 하게 되었네요. 예약한 곳이랑 말씀이 다르다고 하니 자기는 모르니 예약한 곳에서 따지라고 하는데 너무 어이가 없고 화가 나네요. 그건 숙소측과 예약업체가 소통해서 해결해야 할 문제가 아닌가요? 2인 기준에 4명 가서 2인 추가비용을 더 냈는데 왜 침구류세트를 그것도 처음에는 요 하나만 주고 나중에 이불 요청하니 이불 하나 더 주면서 온갖 짜증을 내면서 손님에게 책임전가하시는 모습이 숙소에서 처음 겪는 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 추석때 어머니를 모시고 가족과 함께한 여행을 숙소 측의 무성의와 무례로 기분을 다 잡쳤습니다. 그런 서비스 정신으로는 숙박업 하지 마세요.그리고 야외수영장 배수구가 가림막이 없이 물이 빠지는데 수압이 상당히 세서 어린 아이들 팔이라도 배수구에 빠지면 큰 사고가 날 것 같으니 이점 유의하세요.

조용하고 아름다운 펜션

경주 외진 쪽에 있어 진입하는 길이 공사장을 지나서 조금 놀랬지만 펜션 자체는 다른 펜션과 함께 있고 가장 안쪽에 위치해있어 조용하고 한적했어요! 자연속에 완전히 들어온 곳이라 힐링하기에 좋았고 주차장도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 작은 매점과 까페를 함께 운영하고 계셔서 편리하게 잘 이용했구요! 실내 풀과 연결된 방문만 열지 않으면 습도 걱정없이 잘 놀 수 있습니다! 침구류나 시설 모두 깨끗했구요. 꼭 필요한 빨래건조대도 있어서 잘 썼습니다. 야외풀장도 잘되어 있어서 놀기 좋은데 3-7시로 이용시간이 다소 짧으니 야외풀장 이용하시려면 체크인 시간 맞춰서 들어가시면 좋을 것 같아요! 튜브는 정말 잔뜩 있었어요!! >_< 배달어플은 이용이 어려운 위치지만 치킨 피자 족발정도는 배달이 된다고 하네요!!

장점은 외진곳에 위치해 조용하고, 뒤에 산이 있어 풍광이 좋습니다. 그리고 풀빌라치고는 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 단점은 외풍이 심해서 좀 춥고, 청소상태가 좋은 편은 아니라고 생각됩니다. 위의 단점들은 어느정도 감안될수 있다고 생각되는데, 수영장 물을 한팀이 왔다갔을때 완전히 빼고 청소 후워주시는게 아니더라구요. 코시국이라 풀빌라 이용하는건데 좀.. 많이 찝찝했습니다.
