We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for a group of 3. The train station is literally in front of the hotel making it so convenient to get around. I would higly recommend this hotel when staying in Seoul.

Great location hotel needs a deep clean

Staff and service are very good. Breakfast is OK. Housekeeping so so because I noticed the dirt without that killed over a few days, plus I noticed that the bathroom door rubber is mouldy, I think there needs to be a checking on the bathroom shower door. Location wise it suits me well because of three lines subway exit 4 right outside of the hotel. But please bear in mind that you will need to walk quite far 5min inside the subway in order to get to the different lines, also there are no elevators inside so if you have a huge suitcase, it will be a lot of carrying up and dial at least two flights of stairs. Airport transportation is convenient because airport bus number 6702 stop is right outside the hotel, but please spare at least 90 minutes if you are taking the bus to Icheon airport because there’s another 45 minutes of stopping at many hotels before heading to the airport.

After I checked in, they handed over a paper informing me that the hotel had some works ongoing. That’s ok, except that they start the works at 07am. That’s not ok. Breakfast stops serving at 09:30 which in my opinion is too early. 10:00 is standard. They only have two lifts for the whole building. It takes a while to go up and down. They should at least have three for this type of building. You cannot set the aircon. It’s fixed. For me it was too hot but impossible to set it.

日本語が上手なフロントの男性が非常に親切で家族がクレジットカードを紛失した際も、すぐに心当たりのある店に電話をしてくれ助かりました。もちろんカードはお店で保管されていて韓国語が出来ない私達は感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。夜中にテレビの接触が悪くなった時も電話したらすぐに設備の方が来てくれました。本当に気持ちのいいホテルでまた利用したいです。ロビーにある相鉄の「そうにゃん」にもホッコリ癒されました。
