"Great location, comfortable bed, and a nice-sized room. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. I booked a Felix room but received a regular-sized room, which was a little disappointing.
The check-in lines were very long, and the elevators were often crowded due to the number of guests. The bed was large and comfortable, but there weren’t enough pillows provided for the size of the bed.
A good hotel with a convenient location, but a few areas could use improvement"

Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. "Can't recommend this site. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location good. But too many issues. Room was hot. Could not set the thermostat below 68 degrees. Normally, this would be fine. But the thermostat gauge was off. Room was closer to 74 degrees, and we could never cool it down. Gym was tiny. A few dumbells and only one bench. Went down there on my second day to use gym again, and there were 5 or 6 other guests inside. Absolutely no room. I had to just turn around and leave."

Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport.
