"Staff very friendly and professional. Food choice - great, good range of drinks. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Balcony slightly small and many trees obscured the sea view but in high season it would be welcome shade. Decked sunbathing areas were lovely. Hotel not too big to get around which was nice as some all inclusive hotels in the area are very big and require lots of walking, lifts and escalators. All in all a great choice "

"Outstanding hospitality – Burak made our stay truly unforgettable! An hour before our arrival, the General Manager, Burak, personally sent me a WhatsApp message from his own phone to introduce himself and make sure everything was ready for our check-in. That small gesture already showed how much he truly cares about his guests. When we arrived, I was amazed to see that the general manager of such a large property was personally present, ensuring every detail went perfectly. During our stay, it was impossible not to see him several times a day — always walking around, checking everything himself. His presence clearly inspired the entire team to perform their duties with great care and motivation. Burak also upgraded our room free of charge and kindly offered a complimentary massage for me and my wife after our long road trip — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. He even allowed us to stay six hours after the official checkout time, understanding our situation as a family of four with a three-month-old baby. That level of empathy and genuine kindness is something truly rare. I’m not usually the type of guest who returns to the same hotel twice, but seeing Burak again might honestly be the only reason I’d come back here. Thank you, Burak, for being an exceptional host and for setting such a high standard of hospitality. 🌿"

Upon arrival, the stuff was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile. The gym stuff was very helpful especially Tita who provided a great Pilates class. "We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."
