"We had a great stay at Mapache. The private room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. We also loved the daily activities and the small breakfast included was a bonus. Would recommend Mapache to anyone staying on Holbox. I've only just found out the Mapache means racoon though! "

"I did stay in the premises advertised in Expedia, They sent me to a different building like 3 blocks away, in general I didn’t like the place."

"Staff was very accomodating and the communal areas are great. My private room smelled like pets or that it needed to "breathe" for a few days. I bought a plug-in and some air freshener then it was fine."
