"It's also dog-friendly, which was a big plus for our family since our dog is part of the family. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to pay a little more attention to cleanliness. Other than that, it's a great place with an excellent location. Everything is nearby—the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it."

"The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive."

The facilities were well-maintained throughout, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. A special shout-out to the baked oatmeal served at breakfast, it was delicious! "The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and...

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!"
