"This was a totally unexpected hotel stay. This is not the Wyndham Grand Resort we stayed in for two days with Spa and a plush restaurant. This was our favorite spot. We had a stove with fully supplied kitchen, walk in shower, mini frig, microwave, lovely queen bed that was very comfortable, and the best part was we each had a large private enclosed patio with umbrella and chairs. "We had a fantastic stay at Tropical Beach Resorts in Siesta Key. The location couldn't be better — our suite was only about 300 feet from the beach access, which made trips to the sand and surf effortless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "I can’t think of much good to say about this motel besides the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby and the pool was nice. The front desk staff was also very nice and accommodated any requests for new towels, sheets, etc. That said, the room was very dreary, old looking, and stale smelling and there was not even a safe in the room to store valuables. The towels had stains on them. The tv remote had awful connection to the tv so i had to click the button several times from several different angles...

The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. "This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway."
