"Large rooms, clean, good location"

"The pictures grossly misrepresent the facility. It is quite old, maintenance is so so, and the pool is poor. There is an outdoor entrance to your room from a long walkway, lile the Holliday Inns in the 50s. The same carpet that is outdoors in the walkway extends straight into your room. It is overpriced and is not consistent with the description on the website at all. If it hadn’t been for spring break, we would’ve stayed anywhere else. "The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive."

"The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection.
