"Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One thing to keep in mind is that the showers have clear glass walls, so privacy may be limited if you're traveling with someone other than a significant other.
The food was delicious, and the customer service throughout the resort was excellent.
The biggest downside, in my opinion, is that the pools close too early (around 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.). Also, if you pay for the VIP upgrade to access the rooftop pool, you may not be able to use it if it's reserved for a private event. That was disappointing and made the upgrade feel less worthwhile.
Another issue was the music at the public rooftop pool. We spent over an hour there, and only rap music was played the entire time. I asked the bartender if they could play a greater variety of music, but they weren't able to help. After finding another staff member and making the same request, they finally changed it to a more diverse playlist, which made the atmosphere much more enjoyable.
Overall, despite these few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning."
