"The rooms are clean. The concierge is essentially useless go to the bell hops instead. The food isn't that great, everything looks and tastes day old."

"Hotel was beautiful and rooms were wonderful. No smell of moisture in the rooms which is common in some areas. Food was below average and dinner staff lacked hospitality. Their main focus was to get you fed and out of the restaurants with no check ins in between dish courses. Food lacked any flavour; but specifically, Manhatten had to be the worst restaurant to eat at. Overall I would not choose to stay at this resort again "

"Everything was great. Perfect week long spring break vacation. Water was beautiful but a few days we didn't go in due red flag conditions. Overall, wouldn't change a thing and will likely be back in the future. "

"I highly commend the pool/entertainment staff, specifically Christian, Anthony, and Pedro—who were incredibly engaging, funny, and personable. The hospitality provided by the entire team, along with the nightly entertainment, was excellent. The dining experience was also wonderful, particularly at Ventanas and At Sunset. I especially want to recognize Idelfonso, the manager at Ventanas. He took my gluten allergy very seriously from my first meal, personally handling my orders to ensure no cross-contamination occurred and offering a variety of safe, delicious options. For someone with food allergies, this provided so much comfort and allowed me to relax and enjoy! Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Our room was well-maintained and restocked daily, and the beach and cabanas were kept in great condition. The layout of the property is very convenient, specifically the placement of the bathrooms, foot baths, and showers near the beach."

"This resort was lovely. Right off of the main strip, this resort had plenty of amenities, activities, events, and a community feel. The entertainment staff were fantastic at making you feel at home and getting you involved in the pool side games. The rooms were clean with a good amount of space."
