Unfortunately, we were assigned a very small room with two beds for our family of five due to a booking error by Expedia, which they acknowledged and took responsibility for. "I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
