The room was clean and sufficiently updated to give you a modern shower while keeping the old French Quarter charm throughout the rest of the room. The room was serviced daily which was a pleasant surprise as many hotels seem to have gotten away from this post COVID. 10 of 10 would stay again. "

"All the staff were great, friendly, attentive. They were very accommodating and the breakfast and dinner staff were hilarious. They should start a comedy act for entertainment. I would definitely recommend the Drury Plaza to my family and friends."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
