"We booked a 2 bed room, shown in our booking online and our confirmation email. We arrived to a one bed room and even after communicating over 5 times over a two night stay with staff and the manager on site, they would not get us anything- they didn't even have EXTRA PILLOWS. We booked 2 beds intentionally for my 73 year old father and myself who is 6 months pregnant. Literally told us that he will need to sleep on the floor and nothing could be done about it, not even a refund for us to stay...
