The front desk was of very little help in finding a suitable remedy, The issue was out of their control but we had been on the road for hours and picked this hotel to settle into before heading back home. "Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee"

"Room was average to below average. The place was musty, homeless lined the alley you have to travel to get to the hotel and the breakfast was not good at all. We got locked out of our room and multiple of us had to get our key cards reset. Receptionist that luckily was there, most of the time it was unmanned, was nice and helpful."

"We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings."
