"We really enjoyed our stay at the Montebello but improvements could be made. The facilities were great, the hotel was spotless, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and it's in a fantastic position not far from many bars and restaurants. The beach is only a 10 minute walk. The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning which we knew when we booked. "We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. "This hotel is gorgeous. Good food. Nice pool. Friendly staff. The rooms are big and cold (if you want). New towels every day by the pool. They have beds. Yeah King size beds with pillows.. And normal sun beds. A short walk, 4 minutes, to other restaurants and small supermarked in Puerto Rico. All places we eat, the food was good.
