Staff was great and polite, respectful and helpful, they took me and my family to the airport at very late hours and I really appreciate it. I really recommend this place. The bathroom was not the greatest but it was functional everything else was amazing and clean

I love this place, made you feel like home . It is very convenient because it easy to find places and locations you looking for, I’ll recommend to staying in this nice beautiful place.if there’s anything you need staff are very helpful to find what you need .

I recently stayed at Hotel Tejar in Guatemala. Overall, my experience was okay, though it was a bit different from what I was expecting. The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from some improvements to enhance guest comfort and overall experience. With a few updates, I believe this hotel has better potential to offer an even better stay in the future.

Books to stay 20 days . Had to pay in full! They made my leave within 24hr because of my dog. Under 30lbs. Would not give me refund. Beware!! ! Says pets stay free!!

We booked 3 nights fairly last minute to our trip and this was one of the only budget friendly options available. You get what you pay for. Don't expect a 5* hotel but the place is safe inside a gated community, has friendly and helpful staff, and at least our room was quite spacious accommodating 5 people with 3 beds. We had some delays in transit and we didn't check in until after 1am. They promptly let us in and had no issues. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A couple of complaints: The shower hot water heater was very weak and barely made warm water. The bedsheets weren't properly cleaned.

La única parte positiva de mi experiencia fue que la persona de la recepción fue amable y cortés. Desafortunadamente, todo lo demás fue una enorme decepción. Al ver las instalaciones, decidí no hacer el check-in porque el estado de la propiedad era muy diferente de lo que esperaba. Las condiciones del lugar me parecieron tan malas que no me sentí cómodo hospedándome allí, por lo que cancelé mi estancia de inmediato. Lo más frustrante es que perdí el pago completo de las seis noches reservadas. Ni la propiedad ni Expedia me ofrecieron un reembolso, a pesar de que nunca ocupé la habitación. Como cliente, me sentí completamente desprotegido. Mi intención al escribir esta reseña es advertir a otros viajeros para que investiguen muy bien antes de reservar aquí. En mi opinión, Expedia debería revisar cuidadosamente las propiedades que publica y asumir una mayor responsabilidad cuando un alojamiento no cumple con las expectativas razonables de sus clientes. Lamentablemente, esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias de reserva que he tenido y no volvería a reservar esta propiedad.
