"Das unpraktische Hotel! Zimmer zu klein, um ein Koffer zu öffnen. Dafür aber auch kein Schrank, um Kleidung aufzubewahren. Kühlschrank direkt an der Kopfseite des Bettes. Waschbecken ist normal nicht zu nutzen, man konnte sich noch nicht einmal das Gesicht waschen, ohne sich komplett zu verrenken. Balkontüre war kaputt und die Seite zur Straße sehr laut. Frühstück leider auch eintönig und jeden Tag das gleiche."

"Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late.
