"Das unpraktische Hotel!
Zimmer zu klein, um ein Koffer zu öffnen. Dafür aber auch kein Schrank, um Kleidung aufzubewahren.
Kühlschrank direkt an der Kopfseite des Bettes. Waschbecken ist normal nicht zu nutzen, man konnte sich noch nicht einmal das Gesicht waschen, ohne sich komplett zu verrenken. Balkontüre war kaputt und die Seite zur Straße sehr laut.
Frühstück leider auch eintönig und jeden Tag das gleiche."

"Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests-
The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...

"The property advertised free WiFi.
It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired.
As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund.
And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill.
And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"Our glamping experience on the mountain was incredible. Overlooking the city, we enjoyed breathtaking views and a deep sense of tranquility. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect escape.
