Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat.

"El hotel me llam ó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "
