"Stayed at the hotel for over 14 days, i was very happy with hotel amenities, upon arrival i was worried because my flight arrival was 12am but he airport service was very convenient and on time. Customer service was outstanding the staff was very helpful and friendly. In the restaurant Nicole and Pilar were always very friendly and kind, these ladies made my stayed very comfortable. the only Suggestion i have for the Hotel is for the breakfast buffet., there was never Fresh bread available...

"Property is nice and clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Pool is very clean. Only thing I did not like is that the AC was not powerful enough to maintain the room cool. But I did sleep well at night. I don’t know if it’s because Cartagena had a very humid weather but I feel that the AC needs to be updated. Other than that it’s a great place. "
