"Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent dinner and breakfast selection. Some rooms are very far from the lift lobby but fortunately the hotel offers trolleys to bring luggage to the rooms and airport terminals. Wish there was coffee and not only tea provided in the rooms."

"Friendly and helpful staffs with perfect location where basically walking distance from many attractions such as Nanjing shopping district and waterfront Waitan. The hotel also come with free washing machines and dryer which is a big plus! Recommended!"

Breakfast is great with many choices, very well stocked.
Room is clean and functional, showers seals/trim may need an update to keep it cleaner.

"We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it. "
