"Personnel super serviable, excellent petit-déjeuner. La chambre est petit et bris de la porte de douche qui ne ferme pas et isolation des fenêtres moyennes car on entend les gens à l’extérieur. Mais globalement très agréable."

"Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested. One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."

"Gym had very little equipment. The hotel itself seemed hot but the rooms air condition worked fine. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are decent nothing to boast about. Location is excellent."

"The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds"

The concierge is active for 24 hours so you never have to worry about booking in late. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the train station so heading into town is convenient."
