"到達酒店時職員見我們同行有長者就第一時間安排座位感覺非常窩心，上房後在走廊亦見到一些員工每位都非常有禮貌及充滿笑容，享用晚膳後回房收到職員寫上的心意咭及潤唇膏，感覺驚喜、溫暖及窩心，客房非常整潔，感覺舒適，還有包裝精美大方的杏仁餅禮盒，我們下次一定會選擇再入住。"

"Apparently hotel underwent partly renovation, some parts of the rooms look unfinished and old. Reception and concierge service could be better. However met a service crew in breakfast place that was really energetic and helpful. "

"어딜가나 디디 타고 다녀야 하는 거리지만, 디디 잘 잡히구요. 예원은 걷기에 가깝고 호텔방 넓어서 쾌적했어요! 노후된건 있었지만 청소 잘 해줘서 만족했어요. 호텔 앞 애플망고 1일1망고 했었어요 다시 간다해도 갈듯해요 상하이 여행 즐거웠습니다 "

"The best hotel! Customer service is exceptional! All the staff are brilliant and extremely tentative. The room is amazing, very spacious and provides more than you need. Concierge service is brilliant you can what’s app them anytime with questions. Super helpful and the breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from and serve till 1pm. Very often we sleep in and had brunch. Will definitely stay again. Love it here"
