"The room is nice and clean, big and we had a wonderful 5 nights stay with them. The only drawback is that their aircon is centralized and during winter there will only be hot air that came out... we raised our concern and they gave us a standing fan after that... "

"If you're want to see shanghai then book this hotel. The reception is on floor 54 and I stayed ln floor 67, subhanallah the views were amazing. I won't say much as you can see it for your self. Oh the bailmain amenities 10/10"

"This hotel is walkable to Yu Garden and we can view the bund from across the river. There’s a lots of restaurant and store in the area. Room is clean, staff is nice, the only thing is that they need to make it better is that they need to have someone greeting from the main entrance because its confusing since the main loby is on tha 5th floor. Thank you."

"The host, Vivien, is excellent and considerable. He keyed us to change the unit after we expressed our preference. He responded to our requests promptly. The unit is located next to a river with sidewalks at each bank. In the morning, you can see people jogging or biking. It’s in the walking distance to The Bund and People’s Square where the crowds and stores are. Most important is the metro is only 10 min of walk to let go to everywhere in Shanghai!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Shanghai Marriott Marquis. The location is excellent and makes it a great base for exploring the city. Our room was a good size and offered the level of comfort you'd expect from a Marriott property. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent. On more than one occasion, the soap or shower gel dispensers weren't refilled, and some glass surfaces still had water marks, as though they had only been wiped...
