I LOVE this property, only two small complaints. The internet was quite weak and the room lighting (especially the bathroom) was dim.

Young area
It is located in a college area. Young crowd, fun bands new music. Lots of little resturants close by VERY nice staff at the hotel> On Sat we saw a large market in the park infront of the hotel would have liked to have shopped but we were on our way out. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable

Es necesario su personal administrativo de la mañana tenga más cuidado con las reservaciones. Mi reservación fue por 5 noches del 16- 21 de noviembre de 2023. 1.-llegamos al hotel el jueves a las 11 am y como El check in es hasta las 3 pm pues no pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación nos recomendaron ir a la terraza o a visitar algunos lugares cerca y accedimos. Regresamos a las 5 pm y nuestra habitación continuaba sin estar lista. Tuvimos que esperar más tiempo. Estoy casi segura que nuestra habitación se la dieron a alguien más. 2.- el lunes por la tarde 13:30 hrs. Llego a mi habitación y me topo con la sorpresa de que estaba bloqueada mi habitación. Baje de nuevo y me dicen “ que se bloquean a las 12 y les contesto mi check out es mañana no hoy “. 3.- los recepcionistas de la noche son excelentes al igual que el personal de limpieza. 4.- Cambien al velador del estacionamiento o hablen con el encargado, ya que el velador es un señor con muy mala actitud si llegas después de las 12 de la noche no te abre o es grosero.

I loved the location and the 24 hour rooftop terrace. I didn’t like there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave. The AC doesn’t work well in any of the rooms I stayed in. I think a cafe on the rooftop terrace would be a wonderful addition!

Super clean, lots of noise around the room hallway and slamming of doors. Beds were extremely hard and the pillows as well, not enough noise insulation.

I had a nightmare and started screaming while sleeping, the hotel called the police at 4am, I explained and apologized, it was a nightmare and did not scream in purpose; they asked me lo leave, they did not want to disturb their other guest. We are all humans, kids have nightmares, adults have them too. Calling the police is understandable I could not hear the door when the hotel tried to check, I have a very deep sleep. but the police asking for money or threatening to take me to jail for disturbing public places and people is unacceptable I know my rights and it was obvious that I was having a bad sleep, the hotel took the wrong decision supporting the police asking me to leave at 4am, I had to look for another hotel at 4am, it’s unbelievable just for having a nightmare, I did not cause damage or did anything bad at all. I expect a full refund for this and a curtesy for a hotel that I’m gonna have to pay and find now .

It was a great place to stay if you like to be close to Centro, A park, restaurants and just about everything. Quiet, clean and friendly. Safe area to go out anytime. Highly recommend

Really sorry for your bad experience in our hotel. The staff is trained and they know perfectly the regulations to follow, we never give information about our guests. People who are dedicated to fraud know perfectly well how to work and obtain information indirectly. We really sorry. ):

I liked that our suite, though small, was well distributed, and it had its own balcony. The hotel also has a general balcony. Also, it is right on one of the entrances to the metro.

Only stay here if you need a jacuzzi! Hard bed!
Front desk states to arrive between 3- 6 pm otherwise they will give your room away and put you in what's available. I arrive at 5pm with an already paid in full room on a Sunday. Front desk charged my card again for a room I already paid for in the amount of $2000 pesos! She tells me I have to cancel my hotels.com reservation and I tell her she needs to reverse the charge she just put in. She tells me the room isn't ready for 20 more minutes. Why hassle guests to arrive between a short 3 HOUR window if you can't guarantee the room is even ready? For a small 24 room hotel all rooms should be cleaned by 4pm and they don't offer daily housekeeping. Bed is HARD, uncomfortable and sleeps hot due to plastic protector. The queen size is shorter than most, my feet would hang off of it. Youd find more cushion on an office chair. The one trash can is the size of a gallon and there's only one in the bathroom. Also no ironing board or iron. You also get a hard key with a credit card sized keychain to tote around with your room number on it. If you lose it someone knows the hotel and room number you're in. No available towel racks in the bathroom. Noise: the room across the hall blasted their bluetooth speaker at 11pm as if they were at home and it easily traveled into my room. Front desk quickly told him to close his door. Just lots of small things that could be improved upon that would make the stay a lot easier and more comfortable.
