The place is run down, smells HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, very humid, musty, mildew, moldy. Rooms are hot. Immediately after exiting the elevator you can smell the stench. The service was great and they were very understanding with my daughters medical condition to cancel our reservation at no charge.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue en general positiva, con aspectos destacables y otros que podrían mejorar significativamente: 1. Recepción y personal: El equipo de recepción es muy amable y atento, lo que genera una primera impresión agradable al llegar. 2. Habitaciones: Las habitaciones se encuentran simplemente conservadas y se nota que hay un esfuerzo por mantenerlas limpias. Sin embargo, es evidente que ya ameritan una remodelación profunda para modernizar las instalaciones. 3. Estacionamiento: Una ventaja importante es el servicio de estacionamiento, donde el personal recibe y guarda los autos con amabilidad y eficiencia, lo cual se agradece mucho. 4. Alimentación: El buffet que ofrecen es bueno, con variedad y calidad en los alimentos. No obstante, el servicio por las noches en el restaurante es bastante lento, lo que puede afectar la experiencia si se tiene prisa. 5. Programa de fidelidad: Donde encuentro una gran área de oportunidad es en su programa de fidelidad, el cual requiere muchísima más atención. Para ilustrarlo: hace unos días en la página web mostraban el código de descuento DM5, pero al intentar aplicarlo durante el proceso de pago, el sistema no reconocía el descuento. Estos detalles técnicos desmerecen mucho la imagen del hotel porque: · Generan frustración en los clientes que confían en sus promociones · Dan la impresión de descuido en la gestión digital · Afectan la credibilidad del programa de fidelidad · Pueden disuadir futuras reservas de clientes

Es un hotel ya clásico, a pesar de los años se ha mantenido en condiciones el edificio, lo que si resalto es la amabilidad del personal en general, desde la recepción, valet parking, meseros, las amas de llave, me lleve una grata estancia. Ya solo le hace falta una remodelación, pero destaco que se mantiene en buenas condiciones y habitaciones cómodas.

El hotel ya tiene sus años, pero está bien. La tiendita adentro del hotel jamás estuvo abierta. Algunos miembros del personal del restaurante, podrían ser más amables. En general, la estancia estuvo aceptable, pero nada sobresaliente.

La estancia fue muy buena y conveniente, fuimos a un evento en Expo Guadalajara y está caminando a dos cuadras,muy seguro de noche, el personal es sumamente amable, te sientes como si llegaras a casa, me volvería a hospedar ahí. El desayuno es buffet y estuvo incluido en nuestra reserva, ¡lo cual fue también muy conveniente!
