We will return!

It is hard to find a good bathtub in Mexico except at the really expensive resorts. Our room had a fantastic bath and this was our second stay The staff is wonderful and very helpful too.

Convenient and very nice rooms to stay

We were the first guests to this hotel. We had booked the room and then was contacted by the owner that they were just doing finishing touches to the hotel and there grand opening was scheduled for January. Expedia had not put that info in about he grand opening so hotel was completely prepared. The owner was very generous and offered us to stay there after all and apologized for the confusion. Once we got there the staff was very friendly and check in was great although it took a few min because they were just learning their check in system. The staff was helpful on taking our luggages in our room and we're open ears with whatever we needed help with. The room was wonderful. Very neat and clean. Although they weren't 100 percent ready to go they made our stay the most comfortable ever. After their grand opening I highly recommend this hotel.

Colonia americanas secret

We wanted to see guadalajara, turned out i booked this hotel for four nights instead of three.. The front desk people are very nice. A small pool that can take care of your long day touring. No food in this hotel but the area has a lot of good food options for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Loved our stay

Terrible experience. Had to switch rooms 3 times (on a 2 night stay) On the last day of my stay I came back to the hotel and the entrance was locked, I rang the bell, called the hotel several times and no one would answer the phone or open the door. I literally had to jump the fence (otherwise I would miss my trip back home) The receptionist didn’t even apologize nor was he helpful he just sat behind the desk saying he never heard the bell or the phone rang. Truly bad experience.

PESIMO HOTEL

El servicio del Hotel pésimo en especifico por el recepcionista de la noche, una actitud prepotente, grosero, sin educación, la primera noche que llegamos fue de madrugada y el establecimiento no cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento, y los poco lugares que tienen los reservan para los amigos del dueño. Cero recomendable el lugar, las fotos no son nada que ver con lo que tiene el espacio. Sobrevendieron las habitaciones. La limpieza de los cuartos solo la hacen cada 3er día que por medidas de Covid, cuando creo que debería ser al revés. Lo único rescatable del Lugar es la señora de la limpieza y personal matutino que si saben que deben un servicio al cliente. No cuentan con restaurante o cafetería.

El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor desgraciadamente por cuestiones del otel me cambiaron de gabitacion donde ya no fue tan grata la estacia ya que en mi habitacion estaba a un lado de la recepcion y todos los sonidos no me dejaban dormir
