"It was nice having a restaurant for breakfast, ALL staff were friendly, helpful and kind, the pool was a little too warm, but nice to have, I didn’t use the gym because it opened too late 9 am, great location and comfortable beds. One MAJOR PROBLEM was the horrible smell from the bathroom-shower and toilet. The odor of sewage was REALLY BAD!"

"First of all we had to be moved 2 times because ac didnt work and in the last room Jesus staff member, went above and beyond getting us a fan for the room. Only with the fan on we where able to be comfortable in the room since the weather was very hot. Also outlets didnt work very well ,plus windows wouldn't close completely so the bit of air from the ac would leak out. So hotel needs a lot of tlc. Even the staff mention the ac wouldn't go lower than 22c. Would be nice if the rooms had a mini fridge that way wouldn't have to go get ice every day. No microwave as well . Restaurant very fancy, small portions, kind of expencive . Hotel Looks veey nice on the outside but defenetly needs tlc ."

"We have always use the Taxi services in Guadalajara. Come to find out. The hotel actually has a driver. You can schedule him and he is able to take you around Guadalajara. You can schedule him to drop you off at Chapala or Tequila. The van is very clean and roomy, Driver asked if we want the air conditioning turned on or windows down. Will be using him in the future."

"El hotel es moderno, limpio y cómodo en las camas sencillas, que es tamaño king. La limpieza es excelente, y la habitación es cómoda, y suficiente espacio para sus usos. El personal es muy amable de su parte y muy servicial. Desventaja del hotel, únicamente es el acceso en auto y su menú del desayuno."
