They place is nice. Good bed. Great location. But, is not a hotel, is a hostel. They check on you for every single detail. If you ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. They look at you like if your are asking for the crown jewels. It was ridiculous. Consider that this is only my second negative review in over 20 years. That's how bad it was. The rooms are nice but they require work, showers leak outside to room, the security box doesn't work without their interference. Just a bad experience over all.

Due to construction and location, it is very challenging to get to and from, as there is no road next to the hotel. You have to walk 250 meters to the road. The staff are lovely though and the hotel itself is nice.

Hotel was ok. Not much to do in the square it’s located in but there’s a ton of things to do just a little further and behind. Be aware there are 2 hotel 6s In Guadalajara. We went to the wrong one first.

Very convenient

Very nice,clean and quiet, beds were very comfortable. The only problem was traveling with big luggages since transportation is not accessible and have to walk by the Degollado theater where is a very transit area, but is located very close to places of interest

Over all the hotel was really nice I appreciated the clean and modern look! It was convenient distance from where I need to go. Clean room, friendly staff and housekeeping staff. Unfortunately I felt a little unsafe walking down the hotel, needs more lights all around it and probably cops every hallway. Also maybe a glass or bottle of water. Once I arrived at the hotel entrance it was a relief to see a police officers. Thanks to that I was able to sleep and relax.

I really liked it and would stay there again

Clean, perfectly located hotel that is a few steps away from historic center of the city. The hotel is in a quiet plaza-street with daytime vendors, a couple of restaurants and a bar. Very small and discreet lobby entrance that accommodates 3 to 4 people at most, but it leaves room for the upper floors to be spacious, and incredibly well lit by multiple windows with lots of sunlight. Modern design and very clean. Friendly cleaning staff which offers daily cleaning. Comfortable bed. Nice size shower. It is a 4-star hotel that offers comfort, and great location without fuss. There’s room service with a light menu but the food choices seemed more US than Mexican.

Great location close to the bars and the vendors. The room was clean glass doors in the shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful… They didn’t have wash cloths. The AC didn’t work the whole time however they fixed it. 4/5 AK

Be sure to know this hotel is located on A plaza with no vehicle traffic and finding it after being dropped off can be challenging. The shower drain was plugged and flooded the bathroom floor at 7 AM. There was no maintenance on staff and the front desk clerk gave us a mop to do it ourselves. She also seemed concerned with the number of towels to give us
