"The bathroom shower head was broken and the drain was clogged and I had to let staff know several times to fix it. The breakfast is subpar. I would recommend just going out to eat breakfast. Also the housekeeping that comes in to clean is very rude and doesn’t care if you’re sleeping or changing clothes "

There was vomit in the planter outside upon arrival, the carpets were filthy, and I ran the shower on its hottest setting for 10 minutes before getting in because that’s the only way I could justify bathing myself in it. The communication from the hotel was basically nonexistent until after 7pm on the day of your stay and the staff is unorganized. I’m only giving the overall stay two stars because the size of the room wasn’t bad and I got a good night’s sleep....
