"The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!"

"I extended a business trip into a long weekend in Amsterdam and this was the perfect hotel. I appreciated the secure entry to my floor that required a key card. I am enjoying the quality of the coffee at breakfast staff especially around the dining area is very polite and extremely efficient. I had a great view of the river and the price wasn’t too expensive for my room. Ben was very comfortable and while the room doesn’t have all of the drawer space in closets like you might find in an American hotel similar size. . "Great spot to crash when visiting duluth. Great location, amenities and clean! Got a free breakfast with room and excellent view of lift bridge. Bummed the weather was cold and rainy so we didn’t take advantage of hot tub, but looked inviting!!"
