"Clean room. Staff was welcoming to the property. Easy to get to. We did not use the pool or the hot tub - but they looked very nice. Our room overlooked the pool. Our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful."

"10/10 stay, I’ve stayed in some pretty nice places in Duluth this was by far the BEST. This is great for a couple or families, there’s something for everyone. Breakfast was incredible as well."

"We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful and let us park before check-in while we walked around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room was just fine for our family of 3. Breakfast was a hit for our toddler and we were thrilled to have so many options for him. The pool area was great! It was so nice that the front desk had pool toys to borrow. "Bad staff "

"Arrived with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, along with the bed and pillows (down). There were plenty of towels and the housekeeping dropped by to deliver supplies on our second day. The pool was small and cold for the amount of people there but considering how many families were staying there that weekend, I really didn't hear our neighbors and the rooms were well insulated. ...

"Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless."

"The pictures attached to this hotel are not current. There is no games or breakfast. The staff is minimally helpful. Rooms are dated and poorly maintained. It was alright for a 1 night stay but definitely would not rebook. Also from the outside of the building you can't even tell its open."
