Hotel Bannatyne Darlington
The hotel is a bit tired-looking and could do with a refurb for sure, especially the rooms. It was also somehow way too hot during the night (which others I was traveling with also pointed out). The room was clean. Staff is friendly, we had a good chat when I was checking out.

Stable Yard Rooms
The property is excellent for a one night stay. Only negative is there is nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast.

Dragonstone Lodge
We loved this property. The owners obviously have an eye for decor as it is a really stylish place and beautifully finished.
