"I embrace supporting small businesses. However, the hotel management must do a better job with the customers who smokes while ensuring equal respect to those customers who are non smokers. I notice right at the entrance door there were many cigarettes butts on the ground. Additionally, there were several guys standing within feet of the entrance door. This made it almost impossible for the non smoking customers to avoid coming into contact with the smoke as we walked in or out as a result. ...

"The man working the desk said they didn't book through expedia and had an altercation with other customers while I was waiting to check in. Also he was on a personal phone call while the while I waited. The keys to the room also stopped working several times as well."
