"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"The room was comfy, bed was nice, no ac but plenty of fans and screened windows to let the ocean breeze make it comfortable. We stayed in unit 18. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The property landscaping is beautiful tropical. This is a very secluded and remote location and so quiet and relaxing. The room patio was perfect for sitting on the lounge chairs, seeing the ocean in the distance, but still able to see and hear the rough surf. "The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
