"Very clean. Perfect place if you want to relax. Absolutely beautiful. The management and the staff. Went above and beyond. I could not rate this place more highly. Both lady’s on reception. Were amazing. A lot of hotels could take tips of these two. Fantastic."

"The arrangements to access the property were accurate and worked fine. I was very comfortable. My stay was short and sweet, having to leave very early for a morning flight. For me, the name implied a short distance from the airport, and I travelled to Luton by train. - it was a long uphill walk from the station! However it was very easy to arrange a car to pick me up at 4.30 the next morning."

"It’s a decent enough 3 star property in good location in town centre with car park. My bedroom was good standard. The building itself perhaps a bit dated. No issues for me with stay. Served it’s purpose well"

"Really friendly little pub with decent selection of ales. The room was spotless and cosy with an immaculate ensuite with plenty of toiletries,so I dont understand the grumpy reviews that people have given for a single room as the clue is in the name. Friendly locals in pub, even got offered to buy a drink and the breakfast was cracking. Not posh but I like that as the place was full of character and characters. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to. Lovely to see a place that is not...

"Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. "

"The room was plenty for the two of us, the washroom was very clean and well kept. Great shower! Not an issue for us but for anyone that needs to use a Lift to get to upper floors this place doesn’t have as it’s only Stairs. Just a heads up. Also there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallways. Other that that it suited our needs for the 2 nights we stayed there. Thank you!"
