"Charming but in need of updating. Peaceful area and a nice hour's stroll (or less) into the attached Manor Park and its lovely pinetum. It was very muddy and boggy in the park in February, wellies are a must! Our room (12) was classed as a 'superior' but I don't think that was warranted. "Good parking and very clean property. However music from event hall was very loud until 11pm. Music carried on onto the 2nd floor about 3 am til about 5am. Awful night, none of us could sleep. No one yold us on check in that vreakfast was to be pre booked so imagine our surprise coming to breakfast with a child. Was a cery awful night with minimum sleep due to noise. "

"Staff were lovely and the food was great only down side was the room our bed seemed broken and dipped on one side so I woke up with a sore back. but other than that it was a lovely stay and I would stay again but I would go to a different room. "
