"Excellent price, beautiful location, facilities very clean and well equipped bathroom. Would’ve been nice to have a double mattress instead of two single beds, but it worked well anyway. Excellent stay, no complaints"

"Absolutely fantastic stay at the Six Bells in the lovely village of Beenham. Great staff and a friendly welcome. Decent clean rooms with en suite and a hot shower. Plenty of free on site parking. Great food and one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Great range of beers and spirits too. Would highly recommend."

"Gorgeous room and property, perfect for a midsummer stay. Room had a private patio which was lovely. First stayed here last summer and I think some areas could do with a freshen-up since then. Ate in the restaurant which was quite disappointing; a distinctly average steak and overdone chips. "

"The staff are fantastic and so friendly, making the stay really comfortable. However, the outdoor pool was quite dirty, including the loungers and the pool surfaces with bird poo and staining on the tiles. Also our room did not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep the first night. After this we had fans on which the hotel supplied. We had a lovely stay despite the small issues. "

"What an amazing find! This place is a joy to stay in. We had a four poster bed which was spacious and firm, perfect for us. Being an old building there is no air con and so the Dyson fan was a nice touch and well needed. The creaky floorboards added to the charm but take note if that’s not your thing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and well presented, water, fridge and coffee machine in the room meant we felt very looked after. Would recommend and definitely stay here again."

"Room was good new. I was in one that was quiet had no issues. Only issue was being thrown out the pub at closing time without any warning of last orders or consideration that we were hotel guests. Left to finish our drinks outside "

"First impression was how big the car park was and how clean and welcoming the entrance looked, main reception staff were very welcoming and helpful,breakfast was really good ,so much to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. "
