"The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We “supposedly” had reservations to this place and when we got there they aren’t even open!! 8:30pm with 3 children in the car. New renovations taking place. New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

We stayed in the "Downstairs King Bedroom" (we called it the Book Room) and the bed was so comfortable! It was our best night's sleep on the entire trip! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags.
