Not a 5* hotel. The Antooerla is a well maintained hotel and the room (king suite) we stayed in was good, however there are a several elements that do need attention to make it a 5* hotel. The ‘cooked’ breakfast was cold every morning and we were often first guests down. The Antoperla is worth a trip to but do not expect 5* if that’s what you are used to.

We were greeted by a friendly staff. They were very attentive and informative. We arrived very early but we were able to check into our room without any issues. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and then into town for a photoshoot. They also made great recommendations for dinner.

This hotel was perfect for our party of 9. Ideal location few minutes walk from beach and bus to take you to Thira and then Oia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a Catamaran trip evening sunset through the hotel which was stress free. Rooms were cleaned daily. Sometimes a bit of a struggle getting a sunlounger by the pool. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends as it really was perfect.

Love this hotel!
The hotel is incredible! Was very modern, clean and eco-friendly. Located just steps away from the beach and so many restaurants. We felt very welcome and safe. We arrived very early and they held our luggage and allowed us to freshen up and eat breakfast before we started our day. The room was clean, smelled lovely and had all the necessities we need. Roula was the front desk concierge and she was sooooo friendly and really impressed us. We look forward to going back!

Very beautiful and thoughtful design with clean, spacious and modern rooms with balconies. Some had private pools or hot tubs. Breakfast room and bar adjacent to the pool, which made it very convenient. Clean and well maintained general areas, impressive reception. Everything you need, including shops, beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only downside that we found was that there were not enough sunbeds round the pool and guests tended to leave towels etc. out and then abandon the beds for a while, so there was often a wait for one or two to become available.

Absolutely gorgeous with great attentive staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The jetted tubs and pool rooms are a must and certainly add to the luxury of being in Santorini. Can’t wait to go back again!

Roula was excellent from our first meeting with her. Can't fault her in any way. Her advice, recommendations and help in organising taxis and restaurant bookings was phenomenal. Antoperla you are lucky to have her! She always had a smile and nothing was too much bother.

Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Location was great for the beach, bars and restaurants and only a 30 minute taxi ride to Thira. Well recommended and would go back!

Amazing hotel, from the breakfast to the nice relaxing main pool. Friendly & helpful staff especially the bar tender Raphael 10/10 service from him, made us feel comfortable. Hotel is close to the beach, restaurant and small supermarkets.

We had an amazing 5 day/4 night stay at Antoperla in July. We were greeted by receptionist, Maria, who helped us arrange all of our excursions, dining reservations, and transportation the entire time we were there. We literally did not have to lift a finger or book anything. This hotel really does deliver 5-star service. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We were just half a city block from the ocean which had plenty of restaurants and beach to enjoy. The city of Perissa is quaint and also had lots of dining and bar options. We never felt unsafe walking at night. We received an upgraded room from our original hot tub room to a 2-story suite with a private pool which was great! The pool is not tiny and is about 12 feet, but did not offer a view, but this didn’t matter to me as I prefer privacy. The bar staff was phenomenal and Timos and Raphael deserve recognition for being great hosts! We were also tended to by Rula at reception who was also nice. The beds were not 5-star comfortable, but I still slept well. The room was clean and housekeeping was always available. I really didn’t have anything to complain about but if I were to offer any feedback it would be include an actual coffee maker in the room instead of a hot water pot with instant coffee options as the coffee drinkers in my party were not a fan. The breakfast was very good and available until 11am which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning! Thank you, Antoperla and staff!

Overall it was a nice stay at Antoperla. The only problem was the jet tub was super cold. My family and I were expecting it to be warm and cozy but didn’t happen. Otherwise staffs are friendly and tries their best to make us happy.

The property appeared to be right on Perissa beach looking at the water from its website. Long walk to the beach, no view at all, lounge chairs were built-in and flat and could not recline, not enough umbrellas and chairs by the pool for all guests. and very limited staff. Not a a five star hotel. The massage was awesome at the spa and the front desk were prompt and accomondating in booking car transfers.

The property is absolutely beautiful, but what really makes this property unique is the staff. Thimos and Rhula and Petros are absolutely amazing. They deliver an exceptional experience with ease and real authenticity. We will definitely come back.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and pool area were beautiful. It was also a great location, just a minute from the beach and lots of restaurants. We booked a room with a jetted tub and were a bit disappointed with the size of our patio and that the tub didn’t get any sunlight so it was FREEEZING and we couldn’t use it. However, everything else was perfect so we were very happy overall!

Close to the beach… oddly had an open buffet breakfast yet the hotel openly claims they wouldn’t clean the rooms without a specific request. My room was right next to pool so noisy and could be overlooked by the car park. Small private pool - wasn’t heated and I was woken in my first night to someone cleaning it very early. Couple of power cuts whilst I was there. Only a light bed sheet for cover.

Fantastic week in Santorini in the Covid era!
Stayed at the Antoperla Hotel in the last week of the season, the staff in this hotel makes it a truly memorable stay. They couldn't do enough for us special mention to Elsa and Barbara really wonderful duo who looked after us for 8nights. Rooms were spacious and very clean, complimentary bottle of water in the room. Perissa beach 3 mins walk so very convenient, gorgeous pool however it was a bit cold for swimming which is purely down to the time of the year. Last week of October is not ideal for much swimming but perfect to still catch a bit of sun tanning. Due to current covid pandemic breakfast was pre-ordered the night before but the staff were accommodating if something was forgotten. Same for the gym this needed to be reserved. Reception staff were very helpful with recommendations, even though they are asked the same questions by numerous guests they were passionate, knowledgable and went the extra mile. I can honestly say I can't wait to return to this hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and relaxed. The rooms are stunning and are very well maintained and cleaned thoroughly each day. It is only a 30 second walk to the beach with free sunbeds available, and there are countless bars and restaurants to choose from. Couldn’t fault the hotel and our stay in any way. Myself and my fiancée with definitely return!

Beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff are very helpful and catering to your needs. I normally dont sit at the bar and have drinks, but the 2 bartenders are the greatest asset to this facillity. They tought my wife and I basic greek language, we talked about travel, dreams, family, you name it. I would be remissed if I didnt give them a special shout out and I truely wish them well. Untill the next visit....cheers. If your looking for a hotel away from the croud, this is the one!
