The staff are so lovely and the rooms are always in impeccable condition with a wide variety of ammenities that I still keep being pleasantly surprised by. I always reccommend Totara Lodge when friends and family mention wanting to find lodging near Wellington and have yet to hear any bad reviews from them either!"

"Motel is located very close to a Mall and shopping. Good onsite parking. Building had a 3 star feel but ok for short stay. Both centre lights flickered. Milk for tea was in cardboard packet which was in refrigerator frozen solid."

"The Marksman Motor Inn is in a great location, making it convenient for accessing local amenities and attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Parking can be challenging, as onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the car park is full, guests need to park on the main road, which can be quite busy. My main concern was during check-in. I was asked to write my credit card details on a piece of paper for the $100 room bond....
