"I loved this hotel! This will be my new secret hiding spot when I am passing through Singapore. This is a boutique hotel, with a small amount of rooms, so it is always very quiet and private. It is the perfect upscale place to avoid crowds. The scent upon walking into the hotel was breathtaking!"

"Altid en fornøjelse at bo på JEN. Rent og centralt beliggende med imødekommende personale og alletiders pool-område. Hvis jeg skal nævne, hvad der ikke fungerede, så var det check-in. Check-in var desværre en tung og kedelig oplevelse. Vi ankom tidligt om morgenen til hotellet, men fik at vide, at vi godt kunne få vores 2 sammenhængende værelser før kl. 15. Min mand, der var ankommet dagen før, havde et enkeltværelse med "late check-out" kl. 14, hvor vi stillede vores bagage. Vi spurgte...

"Great experience overall. Staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Pool is really nice for lap swimming. Gym has all it needs. The room was small but had a nice view on the river, where one was able to watch the wildlife of thr river. Only minus point is that one cannot open any windows and due to the small room, clothes tend to dry very slow (wardrobe is next to the bathroom)"

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
