"So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! "Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful. The only downside is that i found the mattress to be hard for my preference. "
