"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"Hotel messy, mattresses all over the lobby. Rooms were fairly clean looks like they have tried to update them. Tv wouldn’t work , no one could fix it. Breakfast was very limited options. "

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"Breakfast has a large variety of selection, kitchen staff kept refilling, it was excellent. Room is spacious and clean, kitchen in the room makes it so convenient, the kids really enjoyed the pool. "

"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building… As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate....

"The building is big and they have enough space in the parking lots. Staff were nice, respectful and supportive. Room was nice too, very quiet environment that made easy to rest, also room was clean and organized. Really good experience.. Thanks"

"The pictures on your website is nothing what we found. Room reeked of pot blanket had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not cleaned and very small. The picture of the bedroom looked big but room so smaller. Sheets had stains. We end up going to another hotel "
