"Located on the edge of the Lagoon, the B&B had great access to peaceful water sports like canoe, kayak and SUP - they even provide everything including life jackets. They also have bikes and helmets for rides through the neighborhood. Overall, a great location for water and walking!"

"The inn was perfectly located with plenty of onsite parking. Easy walking to the inner harbour and parliament building. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was quite large and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit to Victoria!"

And the staff insist he gave it already ye even told maybe simeone took. Just the two of us on the counter during that time - Room 230 the phone is not working what if there 8s an emergency that your to call the front desk. - Room 230 the toilet tank when flush it it wont automatically fill in so what we did we remove the top cover...

"We had the most amazing stay! We stayed in room 800 which is considered a penthouse suite. There is a full kitchen, full laundry and one bedroom. The views were fantastic and sitting outside watching the sea planes and ferries come in was a highlight. The location is fantastic with many very good local restaurants within blocks. Everything was closeby including the Harbour, the tour busses and Harbour boat tours. The rooms are clean the staff are friendly and helpful and you feel quite at...

"This property does not, The 21st century, provide AC in rooms. The rooms feature tall windows facing the sun and you can guess the rest. Too hot already in May for comfort. And, while the windows are openable - ZERO screens! If cool rooms are a preferred feature - best avoid this place in the spring summer and early fall."

"I am not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel, but when we arrived, we were told they were sold out for that night and had no room booked for us. The front desk lady was very helpful, found a suite for us, and told us about all the amenities the hotel offered. The proximity to Victoria's inner harbour is excellent; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was parking for our car."

"Beautiful hotel but not worth the price Hallways were continually cluttered with cleaning carts-all day and evening- and room service dishes outside room doors were not cleared quickly and accumulated. No individual shampoos or lotions, containers bolted to wall. Friendly and accommodating staff but disappointing experience overall at this price point."
