"For how much you pay, you would hope the rooms and beds would be clean and comfortable but unfortunately wasn’t the case for me"

"Great family hotel if you have kids. Rooms are basic and breakfast was OK but nothing great. BUT our kids loved the waterpark and it was so convenient that it was attached to our hotel. We alao ordered pizza and wings after or waterpark day to our room and that was GREAT FOOD! "

"Water park was great and over all a great experience. Room had many issues that made us unhappy. Will go back to the water park but unsure if I'll stay in the hotel again."

"Stayed here with my partner for my first time in Denver. This hotel really made our trip. Staff was immensely friendly and helpful with navigating checking in after a delayed flight and getting into Denver in the middle of the night. Room was lovely and clean with housekeeping on top of cleaning our room every day of our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff here are. The hotel itself was in a great location with easy access to 16th St Mall and close to so many places in downtown. We got breakfast at the buffet twice because the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind. Will 100% be coming back in the future!!"

"Great location to explore the beautiful areas around Denver , room service was top notch daily and the staff was all very friendly from the hub to the restaurants on site and checkin/checkout. Pro tip the coffee was fantastic "

"Exactly what I was looking for--a value stay in a clean place where I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Bathroom outdated (to be expected) but clean. Surprising ample amount of provided toiletries. Breakfast was the free classic hotel continental breakfast; nothing special but decent (they do have a pancake and waffle maker though!)"

"We could not park our van in the parking garage even though it’s a normal height. That was not listed on the site. There were many items of disrepair in the room. The door was wide open when we arrived- which was not acceptable and was very unnerving."
